As a means of generating coverage and driving sales for London’s leading modern Indian restaurant, Cinnamon Kitchen City, we devised the House of Holi. This pop-up pod on the City’s Devonshire Square by Liverpool Street invites diners to hurl paint at each other to celebrate India’s festival of colour before enjoying modern Indian food and vibrant cocktails.
The first House of Holi was such a success that it has become an annual event. Year-on-year, the activation continues to generate widespread media coverage and social media exposure as well as generating revenue through ticket sales and restaurant bookings. In its fifth year, we delivered over 59 piece of press coverage with an estimated reach of nine million.
